Frascati Superiore. This controlled origin wine has ancient Roman traditions. It is made with care from rigorously selected and graded grapes. Its dry and velvet-smooth flavour makes it a fine companion for hors d’oeuvres, fish, shellfish and white meat. It should be enjoyed young. Serve chilled at 8-10 °C. AL: 12%.
