Crema di Limoncino – The lemons are peeled, their skins macerated in alcohol for 10 days, the result is an infusion that gives colour and flavour to the product. To complete the product, this infused liqueur is mixed with a preparation made from milk, sugar, glucose syrup and flavourings. AL: 17%
Crema di Pistacchio – The basis of this product is a cream formed by milk, cream, hydrated alcohol, sodium caseinate and glucose syrup, all skilfully emulsified by alcohol. Finally the base is enriched with pistachio paste. AL: 17%
Crema di Fragola – The strawberries are steeped in alcohol for about a week; what is derived from it is an infusion that gives colour and taste to the product. On completion of the product this infused liqueur is mixed with a preparation made with milk, sugar, glucose syrup and aromas. AL: 17%
Crema di Meloncello – The melons are peeled and sliced, the slices are steeped in alcohol for 10 days; what is derived from it is an infusion that gives colour and taste to the product. On completion of the product this infused liqueur is mixed with a preparation made with milk, sugar, glucose syrup and aromas.
Crema di Cioccolato – The basis of this product is a cream formed by milk, cream, hydrated alcohol, sodium caseinate and glucose syrup, all skilfully infused by alcohol. Finally this base is enriched with aromas and powdered cocoa, fat reduced cocoa powder and cocoa paste. AL: 17%
Crema di Caffe – The basis of this product is a cream formed by milk, cream, hydrated alcohol, sodium caseinate and glucose syrup, all skilfully infused by alcohol. Finally this base is enriched with natural coffee-flavoured aromas.
