Made entirely from Grasparossa di Castelvetro grapes grown on the planes of Emilia Romagna near Modena this classic red wine is a deep dark crimson in colour. On the nose it has a fresh and almost floral character with hints of cherry and plum; on the palate it is clean and elegant with a sweetness of fruit which is refreshing but with a touch of underlying crispness.
Food Pairing: Ideal served lightly chilled on it’s own or served with cold meats and antipasti.
